The forum and Zyte support do different jobs, and picking the right one gets you an answer sooner.
Use the forum for questions about how to do something, for advice on approach, for comparing notes with other people scraping similar sites, and for anything you would like others to be able to find later. Answers here are public, which is why they help the next person.
Use Zyte support for anything that involves your account, billing, a spending limit or suspension, a request for a higher rate limit, or a site where Zyte API is failing and you need the anti-ban team to look at it. Support can see your account and requests, and the forum cannot. Never post account details, API keys or invoices here.
If you are not sure, ask here, and a moderator will point you to support if it needs to go there.
